When you eat is another thing to consider, as eating late at night is one way to make your problem worse. Eating before you go to bed, especially if it is junk food, is very unhealthy. If you do have to snack late at night, consider drinking water and eating some vegetables or drinking some broth. The broth is very filling, but be sure to watch for the salt content.
