Xenadrine EFX Review

Xenadrine EFX claims to be a clinically proven potent ephedra free thermogenic "fat burner" that is capable of increasing an individual's metabolic rate. My immediate concern after initial analysis of the Cytodyne Xenadrine EFX formula is that it appears that the formulator of Xenadrine EFX may have confused the definition of increased metabolic rate with over stimulation. Giving the Xenadrine EFX product the benefit of the doubt was not difficult for me because although their formula seemed somewhat light from an ingredient quality perspective, I had to give them kudos for their conceptual efforts.
The manufacturers of Xenadrine EFX have incorporated some fancy names for the proprietary blends they used like Isotherm and Thermodyne, keeping in the back of your mind they are just names and do not have any influence on the performance of the formula. They also decided to utilize synonyms that had a more appealing or technical look to them instead of using the more common names, for instance the "3,3 ', 4'5, 7-pentahydroxy-flavone, which is commonly known as Quercetin.
I also have considerable concern regarding their label claim that Xenadrine EFX is "clinically proven," you would assume that this meant proven to support weight loss or management and the ability to burn fat. After recognizing this I sourced the clinical papers they so kindly made available on their web site. After reviewing the papers, it was clear that such a label claim could not be supported, and that it was a bit confusing to the consumer. What the label could say is "Clinically Proven to be Safe for 14 days," which reflects the design of the Xenadrine EFX papers. The research does not show any evidence of increasing the rate of fat lipolysis or any catalytic potential, it does show an increase in resting heart rate and thermogenic potential, supporting greater calories utilized. This evidence may support the prevention of weight gain under the direction of a controlled diet and exercise program. They seem to state the obvious in two of the papers available; "Weight control is mandated by two methods: reducing energy intake or increasing energy expenditure" now this is profound! In order to truly raise basal metabolic activity in order to burn fat is to directly stimulate or support the Thyroid hormone T3, which effectively oxidizes fat producing energy. This is one of the weaknesses of the Xenadrine EFX formula. There is no component (s) in Xenadrine EFX to support fat metabolism directly.
After a further evaluation of the formula I agree with the utilization of the ß-sympathicomimetics, which are a blend of adrenergic amines (synephrine, n-methyltryamine, hordinine, octopamine, tyramine) in the Bitter Orange extract. This will facilitate a greater potential for the utilization of energy substrates. Coupled with the energy yielding Seropro (cocoa extract yielding theobromine), which stimulates but does not over excite the central nervous system or interfere by extending the cyclic adenosine monphosphate levels, which may in turn cause irritability or sleeplessness. Cytodyne should be commended for the inclusion of these ingredients in their product.
On the other hand the composition of the remaining active ingredients for the Xenadrine EFX formula does not make as much sense structure function wise. I see an extreme potential for over stimulation from neurotransmitter precursors; Tyroplex (l-tyrosine, acetyl-l-tyrosine), they are mainly for the production of a catacholamine known as norepinephrine an excitatory neurotransmitter that has no effect on fat metabolism and is generally inactivated by monoamine oxidase in the cell. Combined with the abundance of caffeine (green tea extract, yerbe mate), one may experience a feeling a trusty buzz. This combination could produce negative sensitivity; sleeplessness, irritability, and nervous energy that may leave a user feeling uncomfortable. If your sensitive to stimulants you should keep this in mind if you are considering taking any stimulant based weight loss product.
As a final observation, I noticed that the ingredient declaration and label copy did not support any of the patented or copyrighted raw materials that you often find in other top notch weight loss products. Inclusion of such ingredients often supports some clinical validation for effectiveness and technical support for credibility; this tells me that this probably did not occur because of production budgetary restrictions. This is where Xenadrine EFX falls a bit short. I wish they had put a bit more focus on quality and not necessarily quantity of ingredients.
In conclusion, the Xenadrine EFX by formula evaluation is a very respectable product but it has some slight loose ends from an ingredient quality standpoint. All in all, if you are watching your diet and doing some form of regular exercise you should find Xenadrine EFX to be helpful in rounding out your program.

5. Don't make mistakes on your insurance application. If you make a mistake or leave out any information (especially on many of today's health policies that will void your policy over the smallest mistakes or omissions), you risk being declared ineligible. When you need your insurance is when some insurers will go over your policy word by word searching for any mistakes. So don't make mistakes.
6. Never pay for insurance in cash. You need a paper trail to prove you have coverage and have made your payments in a timely fashion. Keep your records in a safe place.
7. Do your homework before saying yes to supplemental insurance. Don't pay for supplemental insurance you don't need. Also ask yourself: Is this policy really just a company that provides discounts that you can negotiate yourself or find by comparison shopping?
8. If you are over the age of 50. If you are 50 or older, or approaching that age, consider joining the American Association of Retired Persons (www.aarp.org). The richest corporations have powerful lobbyists to win tax breaks and cost savings from Congress every year. The AARP combines its large membership voice to equal the lobbying clout of many top corporate interests.

Unlike patients who have surgical weight loss procedures such as Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery, duodenal switch or biliopancreatic diversion, it's unusual for gastric band patients to experience nutritional deficiencies or malabsorption of micro nutrients.
The surgeon carefully uses a specialized needle to avoid damage to the port membrane and the port membrane may be sutured in place. The adjustable gastric band or Lap Band is an inflatable silicone prosthetic device. It's placed around the top portion of the stomach using what is called keyhole laparoscopic surgery. The initial weight loss in gastric banding is slower than with Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery but statistics show that over a five year period the weight loss outcome is similar. Gaining weight can happen with any surgical weight loss procedure including the more radical procedures that initially result in a rapid weight loss.
Following surgery, the patient may be prescribed a liquid only diet, followed by soft foods and then solid foods for a certain length of time which will vary with each surgeon and manufacturer. The lap band may remain deflated during pregnancy. Once breast feeding or bottle-feeding is finished the band may be gradually re-inflated to help with postpartum weight loss if it's necessary.
A common occurrence for lap band patients is the regurgitation of non-acidic, swallowed food from the upper pouch, which is commonly called productive burping and is not a normal occurrence. Erosion can occur; this is where the band may wear away a small area on the outside of the stomach which can lead to migration of the band to the inside of the stomach.
On occasion, the narrow passage into the lower part of the stomach may become blocked by a large portion of food that hasn't been chewed. Lap band and adjustable gastric band post-surgery digestive complications include nausea, vomiting, gastroesophageal reflux, stoma obstruction, constipation, dysphagia, diarrhea, and abnormal stools.

What Meaning Do You Assign To Your Life?

I'm doing two courses at the moment, a Food Body and Spirit course through a Sufi University and a 6 month course with high vibration teacher plant essences. Both courses are bringing up a lot of memories from my childhood.
The Shame Game
The core energy I am experiencing in the healings is around Elevation. To raise me up so subsequently I am having a lot of shame coming to the surface, as shame is the lowest vibration we can experience.
I was raised in a very patriarchal family, and my early school days were governed by what can only be described as a sadistic headmaster. He singled me out as he had issues with my father, as my father was the Chairman of the School Committee. I suspect the further back through the generations you go his style of commandership was considered normal, as you spared the rod and spoiled the child.
Shaming, violence and humiliation were the order of the day. That's how you kept kids in line. Like cattle being prodded.
Aftereffects
I don't like groups and especially don't like learning in a class situation so I like to do all my study on my own. I can see why now. The fear, violence and shaming in the classroom when I was age 5-10 contributed to brain freeze, and I often froze in high school in a classroom setting.
So I came away thinking I only went to school to eat my play lunch and that I wasn't a good learner. And a lot of fear of authority, and fear of my voice.
Assigning Meaning
For me one of the biggest ways I was shamed was by attributing what I did to being female. So subsequently everything I have done, or do, I assign a meaning of less than to, and to counteract that I puff myself up to feel important or meaningful, but the core feeling I have is of feeling worth-less.
One of the biggest areas I struggle is in cooking. I don't like to cook and I see why now. I attributed this to being woman's work and so therefore had less of a value. Where in fact cooking is neutral, it's the meaning I assigned to it.
I realised that I assign meaning and value to things. Myself, my day, my life, my purpose, my beliefs, what I watch on TV, if I decide to put nail polish on, or put out the trash, or do the dishes, or stay in bed. They are all neutral in value, but I give them their worth.
And the worth I had been giving them was less-than. Because they were the patriarchal voices in my head, drilled into me, that I had to obey. Those voices were very hard to identify because I just did as they were told. But experienced it as anxiety because they were not my true beliefs, if they were I would be experiencing peace.. They were anchored in early child experiences. Still alive in my subconscious.

The effect of this rise in temperature is shifts in temperature and rainfall. Sea level will rise as a result of thermal expansion of the ocean. Some area will be subjected to drought. Another effect of these gases is the depletion of the ozone layer.
Air pollution affects the health of the body ranging from eye irritation to lung diseases.
Acid rain is one of the very dangerous effects of air pollution. Its environmental effects range from acidification of lakes and streams resulting in reduction of fish population. It could also lead to the damage of vegetation, structure and equipment.
The cause of air pollution are as follows; domestic and industrial activities, Transportation sector and thermal power stations.

We are all guilty of making less than perfect decisions every once in awhile, and sometimes those decisions are financial decisions that affect our future. Getting flagged (or marked) by the early warning system (EWS) of one of your lenders, either through a loan or credit card, you've probably made a less than perfect decision regarding your spending and paying habits.
If you know you have been flagged or marked by one of these Early Warning Systems, the question of how you got there isn't of the utmost importance to you anymore.
The question that everyone asks, and is of the utmost importance is: What do you do now? You are going to be best served by trying to get your spending and borrowing in the best standing possible and as soon as possible.
The difficulty with the Early Warning Systems of banking institutions is that they are inherently secretive because they are trying to identify people and their habits in an inconspicuous fashion. They're not out to get you, but banks and credit lenders want to know what your regular borrowing, spending, and payment habits are. Once blacklisted, it is difficult to get off of their list because it's hard to know exactly what you did to get yourself on it in the first place.
The first thing you should do, if you've been marked by an EWS, is to be certain that all of your payments are up to date. This is one of the first things to trigger an EWS, and one of the first things that can remove you from the system, so make sure you are up to date with all of your payments. The best way to look at it is that lending institutions want to see you on your best behavior. That means that early payments or payments that are larger than the minimum payment will help put you in good standing.
Another good thing to do, no matter how painful, is to stop using your credit card. No matter where you are at in terms of your credit limit, it is helpful to just stop using your card if you have been marked or flagged. Cut it up if you want to, shred it, hide it away somewhere, or just keep it in the wallet, but discontinue using it to prove to your lending agency that you are not fully dependent on your credit card... and that you can survive without it.
Remember: try to be on your best spending behavior. Pay more than the minimum before you have to, and stop adding to your balance, and you are on your way to being in better shape. The EWS is there for a purpose, and it is admittedly not the best situation if you are flagged by it, but if you do the right thing for enough time, you will regain the respect of your lending institution, and other creditors that may have flagged you.

His company's recent share offering on the London Stock Exchange's AIM, commencing with a market capitalization of US$525 million, was quite the bold stroke, raising a few eyebrows. Green Dragon placed a bit more than 4.5 million shares, less than 5 percent of the company's outstanding shares, to raise $25 million. Randeep Grewal kept the remaining 95.2 percent of Green Dragon for himself.
Upon the company's admission to the AIM market Grewal remarked, "2007 promises to be a landmark year for CBM and its contribution to the Chinese energy supply...This listing is an important and timely milestone in our growth driven strategy." The last time Grewal stooped to deal with the minor annoyances of the capital markets, he personally bought up all the shares of Greka Energy Corp, then trading on the NASDAQ. Shareholders loved him - he paid a 69 percent premium for their shares in 2003. Greka delisted from NASDAQ and deregistered with the U.S. Securities Commission.

In a 2002 news release, Grewal revealed the then-public Greka Energy owned 800 million barrels of recoverable heavy gravity oil, which is ideal as feedstock for his asphalt refinery. That year Greka's throughput was 3400 barrels of asphalt per day. According to ABC News, the state of California paid $359/ton for asphalt - up 61 percent over the past year. High gasoline prices are driving major oil companies to squeeze more gasoline production out of their crude oil. In any event, Grewal simply gets wealthier with every new barrel of asphalt or crude oil his company produces.
At least Green Dragon Gas is now publicly traded, offering shareholder participation. But, few shares are available to the public. Grewal may be generous to shareholders at the end of the day, but he's not parting with his shares this early in the game. In his filing statement with AIM, the company noted that issuing further shares to raise additional cash would come as a last resort, or more delicately stated, "... as appropriate under the circumstances." Grewal would first turn to debt financings and other measures before offering shareholders additional liquidity.
It is not an accident the share price of GDG, which opened for trading at US$5.56/share quickly rose to a recent high of $6.60/share. A close study of Grewal's last company explains the high confidence in Green Dragon Gas. Not to be confused with his previously named Grewal Energy, which is now called Greka Integrated, Green Dragon Gas is the parent company of Hong-Kong based Greka Energy. They hold five CBM production-sharing contracts with China's state-owned CUCBM (China United Coalbed Methane Company). Green Dragon's contracts are upon massive tracts of land (more than twice the size of Rhode Island), which could potentially host 16.5 trillion cubic feet of methane gas.
According to the Green Dragon Gas website, Grewal is also chairman and chief executive of the California-based Greka Integrated, a company which is described as being "involved in heavy oil and gas transportation, refining, real estate and with interests in energy properties and refining assets." It is Santa Barbara County' largest onshore oil company with holdings in Bakersfield, Orange County and the Los Angeles basin, Greka operates almost 70 onshore production, processing and transportation facilities in Santa Barbara (California), as well as the Santa Maria Asphalt Refinery. It is the same one which produced 3400 barrels of asphalt every day during 2002.
While others talk a good game, Grewal excels at the energy game. In his last published interview which we were able to dig up (August 2001), Grewal explained exactly how he planned to make Greka Energy a success story, i.e. selling oil or using it product asphalt and then sell asphalt, depending upon the price. And then he did. In a July 2002 news release, Grewal mentioned his company would have long-term activities in China. And now it does - through Green Dragon Gas.
In explaining the company's business plan, during his 2001 interview, Grewal unabashedly boasted, "We're profitable at $10 oil. We're profitable at $30 oil. We're profitable at $2 gas, and we're profitable at $16 gas." He called his asphalt plant "a natural hedge to fluctuating commodity prices." It also provides consistent cash flow. And there is no doubt Grewal is ever more profitable with crude oil selling around $70/barrel.
Steve Chase, Santa Barbara County's deputy energy director, who regulates Greka's refinery (and has participated in fining Greka - see below), calls the company's business plan "absolutely brilliant." Chase praised Greka in a New Times newspaper article, explaining the company's economics, "Oil sells either high or low, but asphalt doesn't. If you're an oil company with an asphalt refinery, you can sell into two different markets. When oil is low, you use it to make asphalt. When it's high, you (just) sell it."
Despite Chase's praise, Grewal's road to success has not been without a few car wrecks along the way. In 2002 and 2003, his company was cited for more than 70 violations, which included oil spills and gas releases, according to the Santa Barbara News-Press newspaper. The country's district attorney filed felony charges against Greka after an explosion near the asphalt refinery injured two workers. Greka settled for civil penalties of $200,000.
In November 2005, Greka Integrated lost its breach-of-contract lawsuit against a former safety manager, Gary Lowery. In June of this year, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency fined the company $127,500 for "unauthorized disposal of oil refinery wastewater into the facility's injection wells, in violation of the federal Safe Drinking Water Act." This Greka has paid out about $700,000 in settlements since Grewal took the company private. Life's little annoyance become less problematic when one is selling oil for much more than $30/barrel. Especially when this same oil was profitable at $10/barrel.
Grewal Turns to China to Build His Fortune
Randeep Grewal's came into the energy markets as chairman and chief executive of an oil and gas horizontal drilling company, Horizontal Ventures. During the energy bear market, Grewal cleverly began a series of mergers and acquiring oil and gas assets, which led to his first Greka Energy Corp. He knew where to find deals and deftly began assembling his energy empire. Horizontal drilling is integral to coalbed methane development, which brings Grewal back to where he started - as a gas drilling company.
Also along the way, two of Grewal's companies have suffered bankruptcies. This past November, Saba Enterprises, formerly Greka Energy Corporation, filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, after two creditors won judgments totaling $19.5 million. In its petition the company announced it had no assets. The total creditor shortfall could rise to more than $24 million. In 1999, another company of which Grewal was a director, Sabacol - a subsidiary of Saba Petroleum, was dissolved following the sale of its assets after working its way through Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
Life is also filled with many second chances. This time, however, through Greka Energy (Hong Kong) and Green Dragon Gas (GDG), Grewal owns what might someday become a multi-billion dollar gas project. Smith & Williamson, Green Dragon's IPO underwriter valued the company at $973 million, depending on its success in recovering GDG's estimated methane gas in place and the wellhead price at time of delivery.
Until recently, coalbed methane was treated as a hazardous waste product which killed coal miners in tunnel explosions. In China, depending upon whose numbers you believe, between 4,000 and 6,000 coal miners die each year. At best, methane was an unwelcome byproduct of coal mining, which the Chinese vented into the atmosphere aggravating an already atrocious air pollution crisis.
When the Chinese began to realize CBM was providing a greater percentage of the U.S. gas production, they wanted to develop their own vast resources. After all, the Chinese are pragmatists. Why pay through the nose to import LNG, when you are throwing away all that methane? In 2004, coalbed methane accounted for 8 percent of U.S. gas production. That's the same percentage number China mandated in its eleventh five-year plan for the role of gas in its energy mix. And as we've mentioned in previous articles, China has idled as much as 40 percent of its gas-fired plants because it could not obtain sufficient gas supplies.
Methane or C4, which is a more pure gas than conventional gas, is found within the carbon lattice of coal at a molecular level. The less "sweet" natural gas, which is found in more conventional fields, was generated by hydrocarbon source rocks and is trapped in a porous and permeable reservoir rock, such as carbonate reserve or sandstone. Water pressure holds coalbed methane in place, which required new drilling technology, to efficiently extract.
To extract coalbed methane, a company drills wells into the coal seam, and then perforates and fractures the coal seams. By increasing permeability through this process, water is able to be pumped out of the coal seam. During this de-watering process, pressure holding the gas in place is reduced. This pressure differential vents the gas through the fracture systems into the well. Voila! What had been killing coal miners and polluting China's atmosphere could now be utilized to power gas-fired energy plants.

Lawyers Leading and Managing Change
Traditionally law firms have relied on a command and control leadership style - great in times of crisis, not so great when you want a self-motivated, decisive workforce who are willing to take responsibility for their actions.
In my experience the legal profession seems to lag behind when it comes to planning for change. Take the recent spate of redundancies affecting a significant number of firms. The redundancy issue has exposed once again somelawyer / managers' apparent inability to deal with difficult situations in acompassionate and sympathetic manner. Those lacking in interpersonal skills have exposed their weakness (yet again) for all to see. Just as important as getting the procedure right is looking after the well-being of the individuals affected by the change.
The big question is how to motivate lawyers in the future. Motivating the "redundancy survivors", those lucky enough to keep their jobs, will not be easy.
The often-dangled carrot of partnership is appearing a less attractive option. Firms that have cut themselves to the bone and jettisoned any "slack" may findthat there is a serious risk to their business when holidays, illness and resignations strike. Clients will also be sensitive to the change in personnel dealing with their work. Clients are increasingly looking for value for money and demanding a higher level of client care; they will not be impressed if that level of service drops whilst the new person gets up to speed on their file. (A word to the wise - neither will they be impressed if they are charged for the privilege!)
So what can we do? As we all know managing professional staff presents its own challenges at the best of times!
Other sectors actively seek to manage the change process and ensure that any risks are reduced. They plan to avoid a drop in productivity. An interesting parallel is the university sector. The tensions encountered between academic staff and support staff is similar to that between lawyers and support staff. I am involved in the design and delivery of a variety of change programmes commissioned by universities. Leading and Managing Change (for managers) and Coping with Change (for staff) workshops allow a smooth implementation of change and also equip managers with sufficient knowledge and skills to navigate rough seas.
What plans have you got to equip your lawyer / managers with those skills? My tip is to understand how teams and individuals react to change.
Managers should be prepared for a drop in productivity and plan to minimise it.
Managers should know what makes both them and their staff tick. They need to communicate their vision for the future, driving change forward in a positive manner.
Bruce Tuckman who studied team dynamics found that teams have distinct life cycles - they play an important part in understanding why teams react and behave in certain ways. Following Tuckman's team model expect your teams to go through a storming and even mourning phase.

The 2017 Grammys are already being billed as a battle royal between Adele and Beyoncé, who are each competing in several of this year’s 84 categories.
The two pop goddesses are up against each other in four of the evening’s biggest awards: Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Pop Solo Performance. This is a case where past wins aren’t an indicator of future success. Beyoncé has 20 wins over her career and nine nominations this year for Lemonade, the most of any artist. But while Lemonade was a cultural game changer, Adele’s 25 has sold 8 million copies since its release in late 2015 — a staggering number in today’s age of music streaming — handily besting Lemonade’s 1.5 million copies sold in 2016.
If Beyoncé wins eight of her nine nominations, she’ll have won more awards in a single night than any artist in history. But there’s a third contender in the mix: Rihanna is nominated in eight categories, and could easily disrupt the Adele–Beyoncé battle.
Meanwhile, Best New Artist nominee the Chainsmokers are a frontrunner in that category with their single “Closer,” which has earned more than a billion views on YouTube and was also No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 list for 10 straight weeks, longer than any other song of 2016. The popularity of “Closer” may make the Chainsmokers the likely winner over fellow nominee Chance the Rapper, since album sales and chart position are clear indicators of a win.

There are very few, if any areas, in which you do no need auto insurance to be able to legally drive a car. The main reasons there is the cost of medical care, also of repairs to any structures that get damaged and of the injuries that could be inflicted by careless driving on your part.

Let's start with a simple fact that has remained constant over time since currency speculation began - 95% of all traders have always lost money. In the last 100 years we have seen, faster computers, more complex software, quicker price data delivery, more and better news but it has not changed more losers into winners.
You will see lots of get rich quick software and guru's claiming you can make money with no effort or they have found the secret order of markets but follow them and you will lose. The reason so many traders lose is simple - human nature.
Forex trading can be learned by anyone, as simple systems work best and always have as Forex is an odds based market. Now, many people do not use logical systems but far more lose because they can not keep their emotions out of trading.
As a Forex trader, you are going to face periods of losses and you need to keep them small, most traders can not face taking them and run them. Just as importantly, they can not hold winners they want to grab now, before it gets away and the result of this is an equity wipe out.
If you think discipline is easy it's not, when money is on the line you come under pressure and your emotions get involved - so how do you become a disciplined trader?
You need a good solid Forex education of course and the ability to lose your ego and take your losses and then, you need the courage to run your profits.
Accept Forex trading is not always about being right and take your losses cheerfully, stay on course with discipline and you may lose traders but long term you can make a huge income - it really is that simple. A trader who losses, does not lose because of the market, he losses because of his emotions and lack of discipline.
