Dear Men - Why Do You Pee A Lot At Night?

[ad_1]

There are a lot of things that go along with aging. Ugh - how can you avoid them all? And, why is beauty and health so frequently taken for granted? While there are some aspects of a "failing" health that can be avoided, others are totally inevitable. For example, high blood pressure or wrinkles can be treated or masked, but what do we do about problems like an enlarged prostate?

One of the main problems in older men is prostate enlargement - hence the oncoming struggle of peeing a lot at night time. As a result of an enlarged prostate, many men struggle with night time urination. This is a direct reflection of a thinned urethra and added stress on the bladder, making it harder for the bladder to completely empty. How annoyed would you be if you felt the need to pee but you just couldn't get it out?

The reason behind that is because when the prostate enlarges, the bladder is crushed a little bit and so is the urethra. The bladder is squished while the urethra is squeezed which makes the constant urge for urination. That is the worst annoyance in the world! When you always feel the urge to pee when you don't always have to it can be a real hassle. How frustrating is that? If you had to rush to the bathroom every 20 minutes just to get there and not have to go that much what do you think you would feel like especially if you had the urge to go again immediately?

This is avoidable though. There are some things you can do to relieve your system of thinking you need to go to the bathroom so frequently. You could start eating better for one thing. Oysters are a great addition to your diet to help your prostate. While they are widely known as an aphrodisiac, they are also used as an antioxidant.

This is because of the mineral Zinc. Zinc is involved in the entire system which will help to calm the prostate down which is the only reason you keep peeing so inconveniently frequently. There are other foods to help your sensitive prostate and fix the frequent peeing situation. Bananas, broccoli, fish and more foods all offer fatty acids, omega 3's and vitamins/minerals that help to regulate the body and prostate which will shrink the prostate and help your peeing problems not to persist.
