I know there a million and one Harley products out there but I was blown away when I saw that they make Harley Davidson wallpaper. I mean it makes sense but it's not something you think about when you think about Harleys. I just can not picture two grease monkeys working on an exhaust system discussing interior design with their new Harley Davidson wallpaper!
No matter how odd this wall paper seems there are millions of loyal Harley fans out there. So in the typical American way if there is a market to service someone will create the product to do so! This is why every time you go to a Harley store, online or to a rally you are bombarded by the pantheon of motorcycle accessories and apparel. While many Harley owners try to project the image of the rebel and outlaw biker the truth is many of us are weekend warriors. We work 9-5 in a cubicle, go to BBQs and little league games and ride when we can get a baby sitter for the kids. So when we are home why not decorate our houses in a way to reflect our interests and passions?
Harley does not make their own wall paper. There is not a wall paper section in the Harley factory. Like other goods bearing the Harley name they find the best producers of the raw product and license their image and name out to them. Part of this deal requires strict adherence to the highest quality standards. Harley will not put their name on anything that does not meet their requirements. After all they have spent 100 years building an iconic brand name and do not want to tarnish it over wall paper.
