How to Embed a YouTube Video in Blackboard 9.1 SP9

This is an alternative to the YouTube Mashup Tool which has a known issue that will not be fixed until Service Pack 9. If you use the mashup tool, students who use the Chrome Browser will not be able to view the video. This procedure will allow all students to see your video.
