How to upload YouTube video from iPad 2 on iOS 7, fix crashes and failed upload to YouTube

This video that I tried to upload as shown in the above video actually failed -- I think the main reason was due to the fact that I was logged into a different YouTube account from the one I was uploading the video to.

In order to fix the crashes you see in the above video, I went to my iPad and the general settings and I turn the autolock to never, plus I locked out of the wrong YouTube account and logged into the YouTube account where I wanted the video to upload and I also shorten the title.

The main thing that fixed the problem, I believe, was potentially changing the autolock settings to "never" and also logging out of the incorrect YouTube account and into the YouTube account where I wanted to upload the video to.
