Last Minute Valentine's Day Ideas For Your Boyfriend

Valentine's Day is tomorrow and you've been so busy wrapped up in your daily doings that you simply did not have time for some serious shopping or to put something special together. Or maybe, gifting has completely slipped your mind and you've only just remembered. Well, do not worry; be it a day or a few hours, you can still get something good. After all, last minute shopping is a girl's talent.

What you need to do is know exactly what it is you want and then make a quick trip to the mall and go to the specific store; cut the time by checking the floor directory. If he's a sporty man then try the sporting gear stores and pick up something you know he'll love. Be it a hockey puck or a new basket ball, a foot ball or a new bat for America's favorite sport, baseball. Whatever it may be, pick out the right gift, personalize it and make him a happy man.

If he's a man of music, the get him a new guitar pick, drum sticks or maybe a CD of his favorite band. Although, it may get quite costly so if you can not afford it then simply pick up an empty CD and burn him a CD of all his favorite songs. Making him a mixed CD is much more personal and you could personalize the front of the CD with markers or a picture. Slip the CD into a case and personalize that too. Maybe you could make up an album name and insert your favorite picture of yourself and your boyfriend and you'll have his new favorite album.

However, if you do not have time or transport to hit the stores, then raid your kitchen for ingredients and put together a simple dinner for the night. Whip out the fine china, a few candles and you'll have a home cooked dinner for you and your man. For a longer night, pop in a jazz CD and you could turn your hall into a ballroom and have a romantic dance to the glows of soft candle lights.

If you're no chef in the kitchen, then do not worry, have a movie night instead. Invite him over and pop in a movie into your DVD player and order in some pizza. It may not be much, but you could dim the lights, light a few candles and snuggle up on the couch. The point of Valentine's Day is not to spend lavishly but to spend time together and enjoy each other's company.
