The Greatest Love For All Mankind

When I was just a teenager, I thought that I was always supposed to be the recipient of dedication from my parents, my family, my friends, and all of my relatives. Especially on Valentine's Day, I thought I was supposed to receive a gift from them all. I never thought that one day I would realize that you have to give, be infatuated with it in order to receive it. I'm talking about the true stuff that will be endearing and delightful for a life time. If you ever acquire it, try your best to not let it get away.

Definition

This is the definition of love that I got from Wikipedia, the free online encyclopedia: "Is any of a number of emotions and experiences related to a sense of strong affection and attachment. The word can refer to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure to intense interpersonal attraction. The word is both a verb and a noun. This diversity of uses and meanings, combined with the complexity of the feelings involved, makes it unusually difficult to consistently define, even compared to other emotional states. As an abstract concept, it usually refers to a deep, ineffable feeling of tenderly caring for another person. Even this limited conception of it, however, encompasses a wealth of different feelings, from the passionate desire and intimacy of romantic affection to the nonsexual emotional closeness of familial and platonic fondness [2] to the profound oneness or devotion of religious adoration. [3] In its various forms acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationships and, owing to its central psychological importance, is one of the most common themes in the creative arts."

WHELW! Do you see why this is so complicated? The definition alone is enough to make you dizzy.

True Reverence

IN I Corinthians 13:4-8a (NIV), true love is defined as follows:

"Its patient is kind. Does not envy, it does not boast, is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, and it keeps no record of wrongs. It does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres. It never fails."

Most people do not believe that True devotion exists. We all at one time or another have fantasized about how we would like for our passionate life to be. True feelings are so overwhelming and complex, that the absolute definition is a very difficult path to follow. A lot of us do not understand and do not want to understand the full and sincere meaning of true fervor. True caring is one hundred percent dedication with a strong commitment.

Sexual Fanaticism

Most of us have had a sexual encounter and experienced the feeling that we thought was ardor. Let me give you some very important information; it is not staunchness! We have been taught and some are still teaching that both are the same. This is not true; it is a lie. Before sex, there should be a biblical marriage ceremony perform. God gave the command to "be fruitful and multiply", but there were some stipulations with it. Sex is a God-given activity that requires the restrictions of a Biblical marriage. Sex in a marriage is the completion of the obligatory requirement of husband and wife.

Pre-Marital Sex

It leads to pain and heart ache for those who are seeking commitment. In Ephesians 5:31, it says that when two people are married, they become one flesh. The completion of marriage by sex is the act of sexual intercourse between the spouses. It is like being torn apart by the ripping of flesh, when two people break off their relationship. This is why you feel like a part of you is missing. Is referred to as fornication throughout the Bible. It is just the opposite of True piety, it is not kind, it is not patient, it is self-seeking, it does not protect. I would not call this piousness!

Agape Consecration

The Greek word is often translated "adore ". It sanctity is different from other types of adoration! The spirit of it is altruism. When it is used in the Bible it does not refer to romantic or sexual feelings. It does not refer to close friendship or brotherly camaraderie. The Greek word philia is used for that. The Latin translation of charity means compassion is not the same. Its' religious fervor is distinctive and is prominent by its spirit and integrity. Godly consecration is glorification, and the affirmation of this is found in 1 John 4:8; "God is love." God supports us, not because we deserve to be taken care of. Agape is a reverence, sanctification affection that we receive from God. We receive it from God because of His mercy and grace. We never can do anything to earn it. In return for this God wants us to worship Him with all of our heart, and with all of our soul, and with all of our mind. This is the first and great commandment. The second one is similar to the first one; thou shalt feel affection for thy neighbor as thyself. These two commands are the foundation for all of the laws and prophets.

The abundance of God's affection is demonstrated in the Bible verse John 3:16 NIV, "For God so loved the world (us) that he gave his one and only Son (Jesus), that whoever believes in (trust in, clings to, relies on) him shall not perish (be destroyed, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life." This is the greatest commitment for all mankind!
