Playing Tennis or Squash - An activity like squash is a good way to burn those fat and build up your fitness level provided this is done in moderation as it could be very demanding and as a result if over done can end up wearing you out. An hour of playing squash can help burn up to 1000 calories. A 30 minutes session once in two days in order to allow your body recover would be a good balance.

Avoid Chips, and Fizzy drinks, in place of fizzy drinks take water.

Water is very good, it contains no calories and increases metabolism as it helps to facilitate digestion.

How do I know how much water to consume?

One way to know how much water is adequate, is to check your body weight and whatever the number divide it by 2 to get half the amount then that number is the correct guide in ounces of the amount of water to drink on a daily basis. If you are engaged in an activity in which you sweat a lot then, more water should be consumed. This can help to shift a lot of weight as it will help make digestion faster.

Another option is;

Vegetable juice - this is a good substitute for fruit juice as majority of the fruit juice contain high quantity of sugar. The Vegetable juice an achieves the same hydration and satisfaction as the fruit juice

Coffee is another good one ie black coffee - it has a high quantity of antioxidants and is free of calories. This should not be abused as two cups of black coffee per 24 hours can aid ones concentration and keep you alert.

Green tea - this also contains antioxidants and has contained less caffeine than coffee. Other than weight loss, green tea also aid better concentration.
