FLESH is based on the book titled 'The Pregnant King' by Dr. Devdutt Pattanaik. It narrates the tale of Yuvanashva, a childless king, who accidentally drinks the magic potion meant to make his queens pregnant and gives birth to a son. And there lies the conflict of the story - Is he the child's father or mother? If biology and gender defines roles and duties of individuals, then how does Yuvanashva make room for such disruptions in order? FLESH narrates the fascinating journey of Yuvanashva as he struggles to ascertain his true identity. It is a critical and relevant piece of work that reflects the times we are living in today. #Fleshtheplay
