Along with this, one can have some green vegetables and one whole grain bread. If you want to go for a tasty dinner, you can have a 6 ounce boiled chicken breast with a cup of broccoli followed by an apple.

If you are suffering from diabetes, your diet meal plans will be slightly different from a non-diabetic person. In such cases, the diet should be balanced one and see that the blood glucose level remains within the normal range. Such diets will have less quantity of sugar and carbohydrates than a normal diet.
