The Paleo diet is a derivative from the word "Paleolithic", which was a certain time frame about 2.5 million years ago, but ended about 10,000 years ago. - You may take some getting used to with the foods, because of the lack of carbs in the diet, you will feel hungry for a couple days, but once your body adjusts you will be off and running!
