Four Simple Steps to Lower Back Pain Relief - Further Techniques to Permanently Relieve Your Pain

[ad_1]

If you are suffering from lower back pain, there are easy exercises to help you get relief from pain. Each step is simple, useful and really works after applying it. Below are the steps that will help relief your pain. Do not over do the exercise.

Step 1

Get your hands and knees in such a position you are ready to clean the floor. Try aligning your wrists and elbow under the shoulders, and knees under the hips. Now slowly inhale, and at the time when you want to exhale, bend your back similar to an annoyed alley cat. When you are in this state, your body acquires a convex C-shape. For few seconds, hold the position and repeat ten to fifteen (10-15) times.

Step 2

Similarly, get on your hands and knees. Slowly raise your right arm up straight to the sky so that it is in level with your back. At the same time, raise your left leg as high as you can, keep in mind not to exceed your hip level. Just for a few seconds, make sure you hold the pose without applying any pressure on the lower back. Repeat the same exercise with your left arm and right leg. Repeat ten to fifteen (10-15) times by alternating the two postures.

Step 3

Lay down on your back. Try to keep your knees bent and do mini sit ups, so as to avoid the pressure on your back. Raise your head and torso up to 6 inches away from the floor. Hold on to the position for ten seconds. You can repeat this step ten to fifteen times. The objective of this exercise is to strengthen your lower back, but be careful while doing this exercise. Do not pull up on your head while lifting as it might put a lot of strain on your neck.

Step 4

This is similar to step 3. The addition here is to add little twist by bringing your left elbow towards your right knee. Now repeat it with your right elbow and left knee. What this exercise does is to strengthen the oblique muscles at the abdomen.

There are qualified teachers that will further guide you by giving you additional simple techniques to permanently treat your lower back pain. This technique should be methods of physical and mental re-education to reduce habitual and unnecessary tension in all your activity through awareness of balance, posture and movement.
