You should repeat these exercise using all part of the body, example, throwing the ball into the wall and controlling it with your chest.
2. When the ball rebound is from the wall, meet the ball and practice your turns. Depending on your skill level start with simple turns, then build into more complex skills. As you become more comfortable again try to increase the speed of the ball. It is important not to wait for the ball to come you, rather you meet the ball as in game situation as the ball may be intercepted by the opposition.
3. To practice your passing accuracy with a wall, you must pick point or a spot on which to repeatedly passed the ball and hit. As you become more consistent try to pass the ball more firmly. After this move on to one touch passes, as you become more consistent try to quicken the pace.
4. Practicing dribbling by yourself is hard. Because in the game you hath to control the ball before you can begin dribbling at your defender. Practice this with the wall place a cone or object about 5 to 10 yards away, then knocked the ball into the wall as it rebounds control the ball and dribble at the cone or object practicing your dummies and tricks to dribble past the cone. When dribbling at the cone it's crucial that you practice both feet so you do not become predictable.
5. Deception, it's important to be deceptive with your first touch as it can bring you time or get your away from a defender. You need to pass the ball into the wall and as it rebounds fake to shoot or pass and take the ball the other way. This technique allows you to either be a defender or get you enough space to be able to shoot or pass the ball went out it being intercepted by the opposition.

There is no one's secret that will make you a world-class player. It all comes down to how hard you are willing to work and the sacrifices you are willing to make to get their. It's important to practice your first touch as without it you will lose the ball consistently or the play will break down. Your first touch is the foundation of success and needs to be constantly worked on for you to become a better player.
