Wendy Kurtzman is an Emmy-nominated casting director who has helped launch the careers of many well-known actors including such notables as Sandra Bullock, Reese Witherspoon, Patrick Dempsey and Evan Rachel Wood. She has more than 25 years of experience in feature films, movies for television, mini-series and theater. Prior to starting her own casting business, she was a casting executive at Lifetime and NBC. She began her career as an actress. Her experience as both a performer and a casting director afford her a unique perspective into what it takes to succeed as a performer.

Caroline Liem, CSA, is a casting director, audition coach and international teacher based in Los Angeles. Her highly acclaimed audition and text analysis classes have been taught throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Russia, most recently with Kultburo and AstraFilms in Moscow. She served as the Casting Executive for the award winning late night show "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" Her background as a musician and singer progressing to actor and casting director provided Ms. Liem with a firm foundation and distinct network of professionals. She is a member of the Casting Society of America and the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

Together, their objective with CTCA is to get young actors/actresses to start thinking about crafting their careers and to help them get into the college of their choice, stay pro-active during college and then help with the transition into the Entertainment business. As casting directors and coaches, with personal knowledge from both sides of the acting process, CTCA will help identify and create a personalized game plan geared to getting actors from where you are to where you want to be, from College To Career.
