Is network marketing today a pyramid? How about answering this question. What is so bad about network marketing?

The answers are no and nothing.... :-) Network marketing today is not a pyramid and never was. Network marketing today is not bad in any way. Here's why!

If the network marketing business you are in allows you to make more money than the person above you it is not a pyramid. Pyramids are shaped with a point at the top and they spread out to a broad base at the bottom. They form a triangle. Network marketing businesses allow you to build a downline that really has no shape as it pertains to income. You are rewarded for your ability to sell products and recruit new distributors. If you do that better then the person who enrolls you as a distributor you can pass them up.

Young people today surf all over the internet and are going to take network marketing to unbelievable new heights in the coming years. They do not know anything about mlm and could care less whether their mom and dad, or Uncle Jim were in an mlm business years ago or not. They know what a pyramid is and they will understand the income potential because they are open minded and can see the big picture.

Network marketing today works because of instant access products. Websites that sell 24 hours a day. The ability to build a world wide business from wherever you log online from. The ability to be in a profit mode very quickly without spending much money doing it.

The network marketing business of today and the future is going to make a lot of people very rich and very free. Plain and simple there is nothing bad about network marketing and anyone who refers to it as a pyramid is speaking about something they have heard some where and do not really understand.
