In May 2016, The Chicago Community Trust hosted its annual On the Table event – a day when 55,000 people around the region took part in honest mealtime conversations about community. Afterwards, the Trust invited On the Table participants to share their actionable ideas for community impact. This video was one of the submissions whose creators were awarded $1,000 each, to bring their ideas to life on behalf of a better Chicago.
