Q: I am getting a missing .dll file when launching The Sims 4?
A: Make sure you installed every program required when installing The Sims 4. After You install The Sims 4, you will be asked to install DirectX and microsoft visual c++. Make sure you install these programs. If you forgot to, uninstall the game, reinstall and install the necessary programs.

Q: My game seems to crash/not run properly?
A: Make sure your graphics card driver is up-to-date. If everything is updated and installed, make sure your computer is powerful enough to even run the game. Also, make sure you disable both windows defender and anti virus before installing the game. Re-install the game with both anti virus and windows defender off if you have to.

Q:Are there viruses?
A: No! This is completely safe and working.
